Can I submit an unsolicited application ?
If you do not wish to apply for a specific job opening, feel free to create your profile on our website by filling out the spontaneous application form.Therefore, your resume will be stored in our database. This will allow us to contact you as soon as a professional opportunity related to your interests and preferences that you have mentioned becomes available. We will keep you informed via email or phone. Feel free to regularly visit our website to view various job openings that may not have crossed your mind.
I forgot my password, what should I do ?
Click on "Forgot my password" and enter your email address. An automated email will be sent immediately to your email address with your login information.
How can I sign my employment contracts ?
Since October 2016, temporary employment contracts can be signed electronically. When Triangle creates a contract, you will receive an email inviting you to sign either with an ID card reader or using a numerical code that you have chosen. Your contracts are sent to you via the electronic signature platform « Unified Post - Intérim Sign ». You will receive an email with your access details, and you will be able to choose a password.
When will I receive my pay ?
If we have received your services within the specified timeframe, and depending on the bank you use, you will receive your pay at the end of the week following your service (e.g., if you work in week 1, you will receive your pay on Thursday or Friday of week 2).
How can I view my pay slips and when will I receive them ?
Your pay slips are sent to you every week on the Thursday following your work week, also accessible on the Unified Post platform (using the same login as for your contracts).
When will I receive my meal voucher card and my eco vouchers ?
Triangle Solutions HR Belgium works with Edenred for meal vouchers and eco vouchers.
If you do not yet have an Edenred card, we will order one for you and send it to you by postal mail. Orders are placed at the end of each month, with an additional delivery time of approximately +/- 15 days.
What should I do in case of absence from work ?
If I am absent from work, here are the essential steps that must be followed :
Immediately inform the temporary employment agency and the client (the company you are working for).
Submit a medical certificate to the temporary agency within 48 hours and keep the proof of shipment.
Do exactly the same in case of extension of the sick leave.
Be careful. Also notify your health insurance provider within 48 hours.
