What Does the Distribution & Market Development (DMD) Team Look Like?
Olivia Garden is a small team of vibrant, creative, and highly motivated individuals located in our beautifully renovated HQ in the Liège area of Belgium. They ensure our presence in over 40 countries, and most of the magic happens in day-to-day team meetings, 1-1's, strategy alignment, and cross-collaboration with other departments.
Amelia will be your Lead, while Kai and André are also closely involved! This is how you will find the team members :

What Will Your Mission Look Like?
- You will manage and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon while oversee digital content ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and optimization for sales performance.
- You will develop and implement e-commerce action plans to support country-specific objectives.
- You will be the primary point of contact for key partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
- You will monitor e-commerce trends and adopt strategies that align with industry changes.
- You will collaborate internally with other teams to drive visits, conversions, and purchases.
- You will join and adopt a culture of learning, teamwork, and professional development as we strive to achieve ambitious goals.
What About You?
- Are you a dynamic individual with at least 4 years of experience in e-commerce?
- Are you Fluency in English? (Any other languages are a plus!)
- Do you find yourself proactive, data-driven, bold, and results-oriented?
- Do you consider yourself as having a healthy balance between of working independently and as a team player?
- Finally, would you say you’re outstanding with your strong can-do mindset and value freedom in your work?
